Return Policy

Please note :

• You may return your creation within 10 days following delivery, for creation exchange or for refund to your credit card or Paypal account. Please allow up to 14 business days for full refund, if applicable.

• You may return or exchange your Lois Sasson Design creation in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Lois Sasson Design will not accept any return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

• Should you wish to make a return or exchange by mail, please contact us by email Joanna@ldsass.com to make arrangements.

• Special order or personalized creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
